Workshop: Successfully Mastering Challenges in Conversations
"Don't argue!" is the saying - but nevertheless conflicts come up again and again in our everyday lives. Sometimes we find it difficult to address problems at all or to remain objective and open in challenging situations.
In this workshop you will learn how to deal with conflicts in a solution-oriented way. This includes an overview of conflict patterns and escalation mechanisms. On the other hand, we will try out conversation techniques that will make communication in conflict situations easier for you. In this way, every conflict becomes an opportunity for good cooperation.
